Charles Fellows

I am a University of York Computer Science student in my second year. I've always been passionate about STEM subjects, having taken Maths, Physics, Computer Science and Further Maths at A-Level. I have up-to-date experience with the exam process, and utilising revision techniques to help nail in content.

I have had great success at learning and teaching through doing - either with past papers or using reverse-teaching; I find that if I can explain a subject, then I know it to its core!

When starting a tutoring course with me, I find it important to assess current understanding, and build up areas which might be lacking. It is also necessary to work on exam and learning techniques - sometimes a helping hand with exam timing or confidence is needed to improve and move up to higher grade bands.
