My lessons are highly interactive, hands-on and student-centred. I do demonstrations then allow the students to use their computing skills such as Microsoft Word to write their pieces of work as follow up exercises. Sometimes I implement videos, pictures and examples in illustrations to ensure no student is left behind in grasping the concepts taught. Where students are two or more online, I discussions take place to share skills amongst themselves and all work written is given in for marking, which comes with feedback responses on the student`s areas of strength and weakness and suggestions on what they can do to improve their final product. After they make the amendments, the work is sent back for remarking. My lessons are tailor-made to the students' level of ability eg basic, elementary to advanced. Iam result oriented so I am very demanding for A* performance.
