I am an experienced Physics and Science educator with over 15 years of teaching experience across IB MYP, Cambridge IGCSE, American and Australian curricula. I have also worked with students from different countries and academic backgrounds, which has helped me understand how differently students learn and where they commonly struggle.
My lessons are structured, interactive and adapted to each student’s level, goals and curriculum. I begin by checking prior understanding, explain concepts using simple language, real-life examples and visual resources, and then move gradually into guided practice and independent problem-solving.
I do not encourage students to memorise Physics without understanding it. Instead, I focus on helping them understand why a concept works, how to apply formulas correctly and how to approach unfamiliar questions with confidence.
Lessons can include concept teaching, numerical problem-solving, exam preparation, homework support, revision and assessment practice. I also use digital tools and simulations whenever they can make a difficult concept easier to visualise.
My aim is to make students feel comfortable asking questions, thinking independently and gradually becoming confident enough to solve problems without constant support.
I believe every student can improve when learning is presented in the right way. I create a friendly and encouraging environment where mistakes are treated as part of learning. I regularly check understanding, provide constructive feedback and adjust the pace when needed. My goal is not only better grades, but also to help students develop curiosity, scientific thinking and a genuine confidence in their ability to learn Physics.
