In terms of format for online lessons, I use video conferencing software that allows for real-time interaction and screen sharing, so students can see exactly what I'm doing on my computer screen. I also use digital whiteboards and other online tools to make the lessons as interactive as possible. In terms of dynamics, my teaching style is student-centered and adaptable. I believe in taking a collaborative approach, where my students are encouraged to ask questions and participate actively in the learning process. I adjust my teaching style to match each student's learning style, whether that means providing more visual aids or using different examples to help them understand a concept.
