I know how not to do it! I have learned from many lessons in my life. I have worn every t-shirt that was going.. Now with a wee bit of maturity I can be grateful for my challenges and studies, as I can see now how not to do it...

I am in my mid 30's and I am Irish. I lived in London for many years, I also lived Australia for a year too.

I went back to collage at 28 and got a degree in Business Studies.

I always had a passion for Psychology, so I eventually chased my dreams and I now have a degree in Teaching Positive Psychology and Mindfulness. I will be pursuing my masters next year.

I continue to conquer the challenges that cross my path, from health issues, shadow work and personal development (always learning).

I have a broad yet realistic view on how to navigate in these turbulence times.

It would be my pleasure to listen and help you as much as I can.
