I support individuals, teams and organisations to develop sustainable capabilities and resilient practices for navigating and leading change in today’s continuously changing world environment.

My practitioner biased focus provides opportunities for participants to gain knowledge skills, and practical approaches for successfully leading change and transformations for themselves, others and organisations.

My Organisational Sustainability and Change Resilience (OSCR) Programme has been founded on 25 years of practitioner research. Plus the Transition Leadership Series that I taught on the Exec MBA programme at Bayes business school for 16 years.

The development programme is comprised of 6 one hour workshops designed to support participants to achieve sustainable Leadership capabilities and practices through a range of different development approaches.

1. Experience - Active involvement & engagement in new/different concepts
2. Observation - Reflecting & seeing experiences from a range of different perspectives
3. Experimentation - Trying & testing new/different concepts, practices & approaches
4. Integration - Translating experiences, observations & reflections into practical application

This supports tangible practical application of the research and concepts to help build a successful OSCR leadership practice.
