Catherine Grundy

I’m an empathic teacher with years of experience in delivering lectures, workshops and tutorials for a range of design subjects from industrial to graphics, TV design and game development.

I have also supported students in career development and job seeking due to the array of different fields I have worked in and this can be helpful for GCSE, A level pupils or anyone in career transition.

I’m an experienced University lecturer and I can deliver interactive sessions that allow everyone to engage with the content. Specialist subjects include sustainability, user experience design, digital design and human factors.

I can advise on portfolios and criteria to get into University due to also being an admissions tutor.

I am passionate about design and seek to inspire and support students at any stage of their education or profession.

I also work with companies professionals delivering interactive sustainable design workshops that can support new innovation.

During my University career I have also worked on widening participation campaigns and am a big believer in equality and education for all.
