Sessions typically begin with a check-in, giving you time to settle, breathe, and share what feels most important. From there, we might explore specific goals, reflect on recent experiences, or gently unpick patterns that are getting in the way. I use open questions, grounding techniques, reflective listening, and practical tools to help you build confidence, emotional awareness, and resilience. For some people, the space is about being heard; for others, it’s about developing strategies, problem-solving, or building self-esteem.
My background includes over 20 years supporting young people through safeguarding, pastoral care, behaviour support, and emotional wellbeing. This experience allows me to hold a safe, steady space where you can talk openly, knowing you will be met with warmth, respect, and understanding. I am particularly skilled at supporting those who feel anxious, overwhelmed, stuck, or unsure of themselves.
