My lessons are relaxed, practical and tailored to you. I’m a dietitian rather than a traditional teacher, so I focus on making health and nutrition easy to understand and actually relevant to everyday life.

I work mainly with adults who want to learn more about their health, improve their nutrition, or feel more confident making decisions around food. This could be anything from weight management, gut health and the microbiome, to understanding how nutrition impacts long-term health.

I also support students in school or college who need help with health, social care or nutrition topics. I’m used to breaking things down into simple, clear steps and explaining the “why” behind things, which helps with both understanding and exams.

My sessions are conversational and supportive, not overly academic. We can focus on topics you’re interested in, go through questions together, or apply learning to real-life situations. I also have experience working with younger children, teaching basic nutrition and building a positive understanding of food from an early age.

Overall, my aim is to make nutrition feel less overwhelming and more practical, while helping you feel confident in your understanding and choices.
