Cara Roberts

PhD Student tutoring Politics and Sociology up to undergraduate level, focused on creating interesting lessons and a supportive environment for my students. I have over a year's experience tutoring both AQA and Edexcel A level Politics, in addition to AQA Sociology.

My background is a 1st Class degree in Politics and Sociology and an MA in Political Ecology (Distinction). I have always enjoyed exploring these subjects and aim to help students not only learn content but analyse and apply knowledge as much as possible. I have a flexible teaching method and work in collaboration with my students depending on what they require. Lessons can include a mixture of content, revision techniques and exam practice.

I completed placements in Local Government as part of the Local Government Graduate scheme, and before this worked with students daily in my role as a Student Ambassador Leader alongside my Masters studies.
