My lessons are interactive, tailored to the student’s needs, and designed to build both understanding and confidence. I usually start with a short discussion to identify what you already know and where you’d like to improve, then introduce concepts step by step, linking theory to real-world examples. Depending on the subject, lessons can involve problem-solving exercises, data analysis (using tools like R or Python), or hands-on exploration of environmental and microbiological case studies. I like to keep sessions dynamic by mixing explanation with practice—working through examples together, encouraging questions, and setting small challenges to consolidate learning. With experience teaching university-level courses in statistics, hydrology, and environmental engineering, as well as mentoring students in microbial ecology and bioinformatics, I adapt my approach to suit different learning styles, ensuring lessons are clear, engaging, and practical.
