My lessons are designed to be practical, enjoyable, and focused on helping you feel more confident using English in real situations. Every student is different, so I always start by learning about your goals, interests, and current level. From there, I create a lesson plan that is tailored to you.

The general format of my lessons combines conversation practice, vocabulary building, and clear explanations of grammar when needed. For example, we might begin with a short warm-up conversation about your day, then move into a themed discussion (such as travel, work, or hobbies) that introduces new vocabulary and common expressions. I encourage you to speak as much as possible, and I give gentle corrections to improve your accuracy and fluency.

I like to use real-life situations as much as possible. This could be role-plays (ordering food in a restaurant, asking for directions, or introducing yourself in a business setting), short reading or listening activities, or practical exercises that relate to your everyday life. Many students find that this approach makes learning feel more natural and less like “schoolwork.”

Because I also speak Spanish, I can explain concepts in a way that makes sense to Spanish learners. I understand the common challenges Spanish speakers face when learning English, and I can help you overcome them with clear explanations and simple practice.

Above all, my lessons are relaxed and student-focused. I want you to feel comfortable making mistakes, because mistakes are how we learn. My role is to support you, encourage you, and give you the tools to succeed. Together, we’ll build your confidence step by step so that English becomes a skill you enjoy using in your daily life.
