My lessons are engaging, well-structured, differentiated, student centred and fully tailored to the learning needs and academic goals of each student. With over six years of experience teaching Physics and Chemistry in international school settings, including Pearson Edexcel and Cambridge curricula up to A Level, I have developed a teaching approach that combines strong subject knowledge with supportive and interactive learning environments.
During lessons, I focus on simplifying complex scientific concepts through clear explanations, real-life applications, guided practice, and step-by-step problem-solving techniques. I believe students learn best when they actively participate, so my lessons encourage discussion, critical thinking, and independent reasoning rather than simple memorisation. I also integrate exam-style questions, data analysis, practical examples, and effective revision strategies to help students build confidence and perform strongly in assessments and external examinations.
My teaching style is student-centred and adaptable, meaning lessons are personalised according to the learner’s strengths, challenges, and pace of understanding. Whether a student needs help mastering foundational concepts, improving calculation skills, preparing for IGCSE or A Level examinations, or achieving higher grades, I provide structured guidance and continuous support throughout the learning process.
I create a positive and motivating atmosphere where students feel comfortable asking questions and developing confidence in science. My goal is not only to help students achieve excellent academic results but also to inspire curiosity, analytical thinking and a deeper understanding of Physics and Chemistry that extends beyond the classroom, preparing students for future academic success and lifelong confidence in scientific learning and problem-solving skills.
