Hi, my name is Caitlin and I am currently offering private online tutoring for students aged 11–16, including those preparing for their GCSEs this summer. I am currently a second-year student at Edge Hill University, studying for a Secondary English teaching degree. I have strong subject knowledge alongside extensive classroom and teaching experience, enabling me to support students effectively and confidently.

I hold an enhanced DBS check, which I am happy to provide prior to commencing any tutoring sessions.

Tutoring sessions are one hour in length and are low-pressure and personalised, tailored to each student’s individual needs, interests, and hobbies to help build confidence and engagement. The first session is a free 30-minute introductory meeting, allowing both myself and the student to get to know one another, ensure your child feels comfortable, and provide an opportunity to answer any questions about the tutoring process.

Lessons are flexible and can be arranged to fit around your schedule. One-hour sessions are priced at £15, offering excellent value compared to other tutors in the local area.
