I am in my third year of studying mathematics at university. I have enjoyed maths throughout my time at school, but I too have found it difficult! I would like to help make maths seem less daunting and scary for students, and to help build confidence and therefore grades. I have been tutoring A Level Maths for one year, and received high grades in my own exams when I took them. Lessons will be tailored to the student's desires and we can work together to find which learning style works best for you. I am dedicated to making maths more accessible for everyone, as I understand that it is not an easy subject. If I can change your mind about maths, or at least create some enthusiasm then I will be happy! Each week you can let me know what topic you would like to go through, and I can create resources to help explain the theory, and/or we can go through exam questions to help you prepare. I only do online lessons, but I have found this to be successful when tutoring previous clients. Lessons will be dictated by the student's preferences, I am happy to spend the whole session on one question, if that is what will be most helpful for the student. I can also provide homework questions if the student would like extra practice between lessons, and I can mark and give feedback. I look forward to meeting you and helping grow your love for maths!!
