I am a very experienced finance professional who has worked with some of the world's leading financial institutions. I am also academically experienced and inclined. I have published numerous articles and given guest lectures to companies and at Universities. For example, I gave an annual lecture every year for 10 years at Warwick Universities postgraduate economics department. I have worked at Bankers Trust and Credit Suisse Financial Products when they were the world's leading derivatives houses. I was involved in structuring the world's first covered warrant on eastern european debt. I advised the BoE on their capital requirement models. I was involved in structuring financial products while at Deutsche Bank Japan. I have knowledge of the British, Japanese, Hong Kong, European, Canadian, Dubai, and US financial centres, their markets, institutions, specializations, and regulations. I have a pretty good idea about the advantages of each markets advantages and disadvantages. For example, Toronto's TSX is most competitive for mining stocks and the US NASDAQ is best for technology listings. I have also structured financial solutions across several different markets, currencies and jurisdictions. I also have experience of AI automation and Generative AI. I have experience of how to use generative AI to produce several different texts, documents, and solutions.
