My sessions are supportive and tailored to each student’s individual needs, with a strong focus on helping you feel more confident, grounded, and able to manage challenges in your academic or personal life.

I offer online sessions creating a calm and confidential space where you can speak openly without judgement. Each session is led by you, so we begin by exploring what feels most important for you that day. This might include stress with studies, feeling overwhelmed, motivation, homesickness, language confidence, confidence, relationships, loneliness, family expectations, or adjustment to university life.

My approach is warm, person-centred, and collaborative. I draw on my current training in counselling and my experience working in bereavement support, alongside over 20 years in professional and communication-focused roles. This means I am comfortable holding space for emotional conversations while also helping you find practical ways forward when needed.

Sessions typically involve reflective listening, gentle questioning, and supportive discussion to help you make sense of what you are experiencing. Where helpful, I may introduce simple tools for managing anxiety, improving focus, or building resilience, but always at a pace that feels right for you.

The overall aim is to help you feel more understood, less overwhelmed, and more able to navigate academic and personal pressures. Many students find that having a regular space to talk helps them gain clarity, reduce stress, and build confidence over time.
