Depending on your language level and the qualification you want to achieve, I would / could deliver the teaching classes by a variety of approaches including walking through the textbook, watching short Chinese animation, playing the quiz and scenario simulation dialogue practice etc. to enhance pupils’ speaking, listening, reading and writing.
