Phase 1: The Concept Sprint
We start with a single spark. Imagine we take a word like "Hope." Most people think of a sprout in the sidewalk or a sunrise—but we’re going to push past the clichés. We’ll brainstorm 25 distinct ways to visualize that one word, forcing your brain to look at the world differently. We might explore:

Phase 1: The Concept Sprint
We start with a single spark. Imagine we take a word like "Hope." Most people think of a sprout in the sidewalk or a sunrise—but we’re going to push past the clichés. We’ll brainstorm 25 distinct ways to visualize that one word, forcing your brain to look at the world differently. We might explore:
The Abstract: A single flickering pixel in a void of static.
The Literal: Macro photography of a rusted lock finally turning.
The Auditory: A low hum that slowly resolves into a clear, bright chord.
By the time we finish this exercise, you’ll have a mountain of original references that no one else is using.
Phase 2: Technical Translation & Collaborative Swap Once we have our "big idea," we jump into the animation and technical build. This is where we get hands-on. Through live screen-sharing, I’ll bring you into my workspace, but the floor is yours, too!
Idea Swapping: I want to see your screen. You’ll show me your sketches, your lighting tests, and your digital experiments. We’ll swap visuals back and forth, layering my techniques over your unique style to see what sticks.
Handmade Meets Digital: I’ll demonstrate how to take your physical drawings or hand-painted textures and rig them for movement. Real-Time Problem Solving: If you’re stuck on a technical hurdle—like "How do I make this glow?" or "Why isn't this movement fluid?"—I can troubleshoot with you instantly.
The Creative Ping-Pong: This isn't a lecture; it's a workshop. You show me a frame, I suggest a twist, you add a texture, and together we build something neither of us would have thought of alone.
This isn't about following a rigid manual; it’s about giving you the technical freedom to create anything you can imagine.
