Think of it as a supportive space where science meets real life – no fluff, no judgement.
Sessions are held online and tailored to your needs - whether you are after regular coaching, a one-off reset, or a structured programme. I also bring my own experience of parenting, corporate life and living abroad to our sessions, so I understand the pressures you might be under.
Each session typically lasts 50 minutes and includes coaching, practical tools you can use straight away, and check-in support in between sessions if needed. Clients often say they leave feeling heard, lighter, and with a clear next step.
