In Maths and Physics the fundamental approach is: PRACTICE! I aim to give students lots of exam-style questions which we can then talk through together, to show them what the exam boards require to get those top marks. As well as understanding mark schemes, it is important to be able to fully grasp the theory behind the questions. By having discussions with my students about various modules, they will have a deeper understanding of the necessary techniques to apply to questions, and this will massively boost their confidence on the subject. The most important thing in these subjects is to embrace mistakes; in these lessons, you won't always get it right first time, and that's okay! Talking through mistakes together is a key part of my tutoring sessions, and will help you to improve the most. Overall, my lessons are challenging, but interesting and interactive, and will help you to achieve the highest grades.
