Hello, my name is Becca. It's lovely to meet you!

I am also a student, currently studying a Bachelors Degree in Psychology & Counselling so I can progress to a Doctorate in Educational Psychology. I also love to read and write, spending my free time writing a fiction novel.

The past two years I have worked as a Primary Group Leader in an alternative education school specialising in supporting primary aged learners with various additional needs including ADHD, ASD, anxiety, dyslexia and dyspraxia. Any form of learning has to be assessed in regards to the expectations of the children's ability and understanding, as every child learns differently and we have to adapt our teaching styles so every child has an equal chance to learn at their own pace.

I am available to teach Key Stage One and Key Stage Two Maths and English, whether it is a refresher session, the full curriculum or a specific unit that needs to be covered. I am also available for extended sessions during the school holiday period.
I am open to the style of teaching that is required of me as I believe it is in the students best interest. I can develop quizzes, games, presentations, source reading material and books that are based on the present curriculum.
