My lessons are designed to be supportive, practical, and deeply human. I work with students who are navigating academic pressure, personal uncertainty, or important life transitions, and who need a safe space to think clearly and regain confidence.
Each session is one-on-one and online, creating a confidential environment where students can speak openly without judgment. We usually begin by clarifying what the student is experiencing right now stress, lack of motivation, decision-making difficulties, or emotional overwhelm. From there, I guide the session through reflective questions, simple coaching tools, and short exercises that help students gain awareness, regulate emotions, and identify realistic next steps.
My approach combines 15 years of leadership and people development experience with coaching, emotional intelligence, and mindfulness practices inspired by yoga and body awareness. I don’t lecture or give generic advice. Instead, I help students discover their own answers, strengthen self-trust, and build skills such as focus, self-confidence, communication, and resilience.
Sessions are dynamic and adapted to each student’s pace and goals. Some sessions are more reflective, others more action-oriented, depending on what the student needs at that moment. Between sessions, students may receive small practices or reflections to apply in daily life, helping them create lasting change.
My goal is for students to leave each session feeling clearer, calmer, and more empowered to navigate both their studies and their lives. Above all, I aim to build a trusting relationship where students feel supported, challenged with care, and encouraged to grow at their own rhythm, honoring both their goals and personal values.
