I am an enthusiastic worker, and I am always willing to go the extra mile because I love teaching. I am enthusiastic about doing exciting activities such as paragliding in Lebanon, taking a hot air balloon ride in Luxor, and discovering places. I am also a collaborator, and I can work well with others.

As an experienced educator, I have worked with students from diverse backgrounds and ages. My teaching approach is student-centered, which means that I focus on creating a learning environment that is engaging, interactive, and tailored to meet the individual needs of each student. By doing so, I have been able to help my students achieve their academic goals while fostering a love for learning. Throughout my career, the strong rapport -I always build with my students- enables me to understand their needs and help them achieve their goals. For example, I helped one of my students by writing her a recommendation letter to participate in the internship offered by Tarek Nour Communications company, which is a testament to my professional relationships with them.

In addition to my teaching experience, I have also had the opportunity to participate in training my colleagues and impacting the ELT industry. For example, I held a weekly training session at Al-Alamiya Modern International School - during the summer vacation to help my colleagues learn about classroom management, students’ needs, and teaching methods. By the end of the training, I noticed a drastic improvement in their classroom practices, especially in teaching English skills like reading. Furthermore, in cooperation with my previous TEFL tutor, I started publishing posts on social media platforms since it is reachable by everyone. I had a long list of topics to present, and I specifically selected “Setting Classroom Rules and Students’ Expectations” as my first topic. I knew I impacted another circle of ELT teachers when a wide range of English teachers - in my network- engaged in fruitful discussions due to my posts. Therefore, I would confidently collaborate with other educators at your institution.
