My lessons are designed to be calm, structured, and entirely focused on the individual needs of the student. With a First Class Honours degree in Mathematics and an MSc from UCL, I bring a high level of academic expertise to my teaching, but I specialise in making these complex subjects feel simple and approachable. I have over ten years of experience working with children and young people, which has taught me that the best way to learn is through patience and clear communication.

Each lesson follows a methodical format. We begin by reviewing previous topics to ensure a solid foundation before moving on to new material. I use a step-by-step approach, breaking down difficult problems into small, manageable parts. This "scaffolding" technique helps prevent students from feeling overwhelmed and allows them to see the logic behind the solution.

The dynamics of my lessons are interactive but low-pressure. I encourage students to ask questions and explain their own thinking, as this helps reinforce their understanding. Whether we are working on primary-level literacy, KS3 Science, or GCSE Mathematics, I provide clear examples and practical exercises to build confidence.

My goal is not just to help students pass an exam, but to help them develop the logical thinking skills and confidence they need to succeed independently. I am dedicated to providing a supportive environment where every student feels safe to learn at their own pace.
