Teaching Approach and Philosophy

I employ a student-centred, interactive, and responsive approach to teaching, with particular emphasis on effective communication, continuous feedback, and individual student development. I believe that every learner has unique strengths, learning abilities, and communication preferences; therefore, I make deliberate efforts to understand each student and adapt my teaching methods accordingly.

In teaching Mathematics, I focus on breaking down complex concepts into simple, practical, and understandable steps. I encourage students to actively participate in lessons by asking questions, sharing their thought processes, and engaging in discussions. This approach enables me to identify areas where a student may be struggling and provide appropriate explanations or alternative methods of teaching.

I also place significant value on regular feedback and assessment. At the end of each lesson, I provide relevant exercises or short assessments to evaluate the student's understanding and identify areas that require further clarification. I use the outcome of these exercises to adjust subsequent lessons and provide targeted support where necessary.

As an online teacher, I understand the importance of maintaining students' attention and creating an engaging virtual learning environment. My goal is not only to help students arrive at the correct answer but also to develop their problem-solving skills, logical reasoning, confidence, and overall understanding of Mathematics.
