I am a very friendly and understanding tutor who is guaranteed to understand your child and their struggles. I teach Maths, English Literature, English Language, Biology, Chemistry, Physics as well as Geography and Physics. I have recently completed my GCSEs with flying colours and am predicted with grade 8s and grade 9s! As I have recently graduated secondary school, I wish to spread my very recent knowledge and information to help other struggling students who wish to perform as well as I did. I will get to know your child and also the subjects they struggle in. I would also optionally like their report card, if possible, for me to see with what subjects they excel and struggle in. For the first lesson I will give them an unseen past paper to complete on the subject they need help with (don't worry the time completing the past paper is completely free!) and mark it me. I will then see the topics and areas they struggle in prioritising them first. I will understand their baseline and start teaching whenever you please. I make sure to teach at reasonable prices and only one-on-ones because this allows your child to get all the attention they require. I start with short recaps at the start of every lesson then going into a deep analysis of the topic going back and forth with your child (two-way conversation) to make sure they fully understand the topic. I will make sure to recap the lesson and create tailor made questions and homework once they have completed everything.
