My lessons are designed to be interactive, practical, and evidence-based. Drawing on my experience as a Clinical Health Psychologist and NIHR-funded PhD Research Fellow, I integrate research, clinical practice, and cultural perspectives to make learning meaningful and relevant. A typical lesson combines short lectures with case discussions, group activities, and reflective exercises that encourage students to connect theory with practice. I often use real-world research examples, clinical scenarios, and role plays to demonstrate concepts such as CBT, DBT, and health psychology applications. My teaching style is student-centered and inclusive, ensuring that learners with different needs and backgrounds feel engaged and supported. With years of experience teaching undergraduate and postgraduate psychology, supervising research projects, and delivering workshops, I aim to create a dynamic learning environment that promotes critical thinking, ethical practice, and the confidence to apply psychological knowledge in academic, clinical, and community contexts.
