I assess all my students carefully as I believe not every student learns the same way. Then I customise my lessons to suit that particular student. Its important to understand how the student responds to different styles of learning, then using the most effective one to maximise learning. When I did my Teacher training course, I realised students need personal attention in assisting them to succeed in eduction, every one has unique ways of responding to things. This is why I became a tutor; to give each student the best learning experience.
