Its important to understand how the student responds to different styles of learning, then using the most effective one to maximise learning. When I did my Teacher training course, I realised students need personal attention in assisting them to succeed in eduction, every one has unique ways of responding to things. This is why I became a tutor; to give each student the best learning experience.
