About Augustine

Having scored in the top 3.3% of admissions test scores for Oxford Physics, with all 9s at GCSE and A*A*A*A* at A-level at Eton College, I know how to ace exams. I find physics and maths to be a great joy and derive satisfaction from solving problems from a solid core of understanding. This is what we will aim for in sessions, not just blind following-through of processes.

I have lots of experience tutoring other students in both maths and physics. I was head coach at my physics club and have also delivered lectures on physics to large groups. I like to make students work hard and enjoy it too. With my tutoring, you will be sure not only to get great results but also to enjoy the subject more.

About Your Lessons with Augustine

I specialise in Oxbridge admissions, A-level, and GCSE in both physics and maths.

To prepare for your exams, we will:
• Set the target: upcoming exams and goals
• Assess subject areas requiring attention
• Work through those areas with questions, examples, and explanations
• Train to score maximum marks in the given time using optimal exam technique
• Set problems to be done between lessons to consolidate knowledge (if desired)

Having been through these exams myself a few years ago, I have a deep understanding of both the student and teacher sides of the process.
