I'm an experienced Head of Sixth Form with 10 years of pastoral experience that includes supporting A-Level students to:
- Build confidence and employability skills
- Overcome academic and personal stress, including complex wellbeing concerns
- Create balanced study plans to enhance outcomes
- Decide on post-18 plans
- Write personal statements and apprenticeship applications
- Improve coursework
- Measurable goal setting

I have a track record of positively impacting 5 cohorts of 16-18 year olds personally and academically. I'd love the opportunity to extend this to young people outside of my current remit.

Tutoring in the area of personal development is a new venture for me but I'm really confident in my abilities and can make sessions tailored to your needs with a student-centred approach. I'd be open to hearing what you need support with and mapping out sessions around this, planning chronologically against the academic year.

I will be working remotely online via Google Meets but could be open to in-person support if this was more suited to your needs.
