Flexibility is a must in ensuring the best chances for anyone seeking tutoring. I am therefore entirely flexible to your needs. My usual structure is slideshows and an interactive talk. However, if you prefer mindmaps or talks with no visual aids - I can do that, too!

I understand some students may have reasonable adjustments which I am always more than happy to accommodate. Need help with note-taking? I can create templates for you. Need a different way of understanding a complex topic? I'll find another way to explain it to you. Are you more of a practical learner than you are a theoretical one? I can come up with some exercises for us to do together. My tutoring will be entirely driven by your needs. If you're not sure what you need, we can try my standard style (slideshows and an interactive talk) then try other things if that doesn't quite work for you.

In terms of dynamic, I am easy-going and pliable to you as an individual. I appreciate that the English language is often complicated and can seem non-sensical. I will always be patient and willing to help you get through whatever it is you're wrestling with. Do not feel worried about your level of capability - I am happy to go at the pace most suited to you. I have lots of experience speaking with individuals who cannot speak a word of English. Through the use of technology and sometimes even drawings, we have always come to an understanding. I operate with an open-door approach. I never want students to be afraid of raising concerns or making suggestions to me.
