Hello and thank you for considering my tutoring services!

My name is Asta, and I’ve been teaching Maths for over 5 years now, with a strong focus on 11 Plus preparation and Functional Skills Maths up to Level 2. I deliver all my lessons remotely, which means you can learn from the comfort of your own home, no matter where you are — all you need is an internet connection!

My lessons are always tailored to suit each individual student's needs. No two learners are the same, and that’s why I take time to understand where you’re starting from, what your goals are, and how you learn best. Whether you're preparing for an 11+ entrance exam or working towards a Functional Skills qualification, I’ll adapt the pace and content to match your strengths and areas for improvement.

Typically, sessions are one hour long and combine clear explanations with interactive practice. I like to keep things engaging by using real-life examples, visual aids, and regular problem-solving tasks. For younger learners, I ensure that the lessons are fun and motivating, while still being structured and focused.

My goal is to build your confidence in Maths and help you feel proud of your progress. I'm patient, approachable, and always happy to answer questions — no question is too small!
