My tutoring approach focuses on developing a strong understanding of the subject while building confidence and ambition. Every lesson is tailored to the individual student, as I believe that every student learns differently.

Lessons are typically 1 hour long and follow a structured format of recap, teaching, active recall and practice questions. I regularly adapt my teaching throughout the lesson to ensure students fully understand the content before moving on.

If a student is struggling with a topic, I use a variety of resources and study techniques to explain concepts in different ways. I often incorporate memorable stories and creative mnemonics to help information stick and make learning more engaging.

My lessons are suitable for students in Years 7-11 studying Maths, Biology, Chemistry or Physics. I provide regular feedback to parents and am always happy to answer questions or offer support outside of lessons. My goal is for students to leave each lesson with greater understanding, confidence and the ambition to achieve their full potential.
