My lessons are practical, structured and tailored to your target role or band. Drawing from my experience working within NHS digital transformation and PMO environments, I focus on helping you understand how public sector organisations truly operate, not just how to answer questions.

Sessions are delivered online and typically follow a clear format: we begin by identifying your target role, reviewing job descriptions and person specifications, and assessing your current application or interview readiness. We then work through supporting statements, refine STAR responses and practise competency based interview questions in a realistic but supportive environment.
