As a qualified and safeguarding-certified Science and STEM educator, I offer inclusive, engaging lessons tailored to each learner’s needs. My sessions are designed for students from Key Stage 3 to Key Stage 5, covering Science up to GCSE and Biology at A-Level. I also support younger learners through STEM-based enrichment activities and Maths interventions.
Lesson Format and Dynamics
- ?? Interactive & Practical: I use real-world examples, visual aids, and project-based tasks to make science meaningful and memorable.
- ?? Structured & Supportive: Each lesson follows a clear learning objective, with scaffolded explanations, practice questions, and feedback.
- ?? Inclusive & Adaptive: I differentiate content for mixed-ability groups, including learners with SEND, using digital tools and personalised strategies.
- ?? Confidence-Building: I encourage curiosity, critical thinking, and independent learning through inquiry-led discussions and revision techniques.
Experience
I’ve taught across UK and Indian settings, including:
- Matris Robotics (London) – delivering after-school STEM sessions in primary schools
- Teach For India Fellowship – nearly 2 years of full-time classroom teaching in Maths, Science, and English
- Tan90 STEM Labs – designing and facilitating interdisciplinary STEAM lessons for KS3
- Online tutoring – current affairs and science support for learners aged 8–16
I hold an Enhanced DBS (Update Service), NSPCC Safeguarding certification, and have trained in Project-Based Learning and Differentiated Instruction.
I look forward to supporting all of my learners with best of my abilities, I leave no one behind. I will break down the concepts multi times to reach the learning equilibrium. Resilience is the key.
