I ask questions to my students throughout sessions to keep them engaged. I also employ tools such as Kahoot and IXL to make learning more engaging and fun. I always make myself available to students outside of teaching times. I ask questions to my students throughout sessions to keep them engaged. I also employ tools such as Kahoot and IXL to make learning more engaging and fun. I always make myself available to students outside of teaching times. I use lots of practice problems to reinforce concepts I’ve taught and I believe this is the best way to help students retain information. At University, I was a teaching assistant for math and computer science classes where I led recitations and held office hours.
