All students are assessed to find current level, goals and expectations are set with parents. Work is then tailored to each student.

Various teaching methods are used with emphasis being put on socratic questioning to build pupil independence. Students are taught the art of problem solving and using maths they have learnt in the past to answer interconnected topics.

The interconnectivity of maths is explored often helping student retention of key mathematical topics.

Maths lessons are rigourous but fun and are pitched at an appropriate level for each student in order to increase student confidence and engagement.
