A typical lesson begins with a quick recap of the previous topic. I then explain the new concept clearly, using diagrams and step-by-step examples on a shared whiteboard. After that, we practise together, gradually moving on to past-paper and exam-style questions. I encourage students to explain their thinking out loud, which helps me spot and fix any misunderstandings straight away.

I cover the full O Level and IGCSE syllabus, including number, algebra, geometry, mensuration, trigonometry, graphs, probability and statistics. I also teach exam technique, time management and how to avoid common mistakes that cost marks.

I'm patient, friendly and encouraging, and I create a relaxed environment where mistakes are welcome, because that's how we learn. I set short practice tasks between lessons and give regular feedback, so both students and parents can see clear progress.
