I will devise my teaching plan according to the age and ability of the student. No questions are stupid and no student unreachable. I have experience in teaching for exams. I will teach with 50% book knowledge, 25% games and activities (cause they help you learn better with fun as well), 25% topics the student needs 1 on 1 attention but without pressuring them too much. I am very patient.
I don't mind questions out of my study plan or curriculum, just talking is also english afterall.

I use quizzes from kahoot or ones I personally make. Games and activities, no charts and stuff, essay writing and more. Casual and formal conversations. Talking about other subjects. I teach using what the student requires. For example, if they are in grade 5 then I will teach them from the textbook that they study in regular school along with other topics if they choose to do so.
