Welcome to my learning space. I am a life coach with over 5 years of coaching experience in heartfulness, mental health coaching, and nervous system regulation. My lessons are very friendly, relaxed, and supportive. I want students to feel comfortable talking openly with me about anything they’re struggling with, whether that’s motivation, stress, confidence, organization, or balancing school and personal life. I understand that every student is different, so I always try to adapt my sessions to what works best for them personally.
In my lessons, I like to have open conversations rather than making things feel too formal or pressured. Together, we can work on setting realistic goals, improving study habits, managing time better, building confidence, and finding ways to stay motivated. I also like helping students develop a more positive mindset and healthier routines so they can feel less overwhelmed and more in control of their studies and daily life.
I always try to create a positive and encouraging atmosphere where students feel heard, understood, and supported. I’m patient, easy to talk to, and genuinely interested in helping students grow both academically and personally. I believe small changes and consistent encouragement can make a big difference in someone’s confidence and well-being.
My goal is not just to help students perform better academically, but also to help them feel happier, more organized, and more confident in themselves overall. I want every session to feel productive, motivating, and comfortable, so students leave feeling more positive and capable after every lesson.
