I completed my GCSEs this summer, so I understand exactly how the content feels when you’re the one preparing for the exams. Because everything is still fresh in my mind, I’m able to explain topics in a way that actually makes sense from a student’s point of view—not just from a teacher’s perspective. I remember which topics used to feel overwhelming, which ones were easier once someone explained them properly, and the types of questions that kept appearing on mock papers. That helps me teach in a way that’s clear, relatable, and focused on what really matters for good grades.

My teaching style is calm, supportive, and very practical. I don’t just repeat the textbook; I show why each method works and how to approach problems without feeling stuck or stressed. When a student finds something difficult, I break it down into small steps and use simple examples that build confidence. I pay close attention to how someone learns—whether they prefer visual explanations, repeated practice, or talking through their thinking—and I adapt my approach to match.

Because I’ve recently gone through the same exams, I understand the pressure, the pacing, and the importance of improving slowly but steadily. I like to use exam-style questions throughout my lessons so students can see their progress and get used to the structure of the real papers. My goal is to help every student feel more confident, more prepared, and genuinely capable of achieving the grade they’re aiming for. I genuinely can't wait to help you all!
