My Russian lessons are designed to be completely adaptable to your goals, level, and learning style. I have taught both children and adults informally and know that everyone learns differently, which is why I always take the time to find the right approach for each student.

A typical lesson combines practical conversation with grammar and vocabulary, so you can start speaking confidently while building a solid foundation in the language. For beginners, we often start with simple dialogues, useful expressions, and phonetics to help with pronunciation. For more advanced learners, lessons can focus on fluency, accuracy, and expanding your cultural understanding of Russia through literature, history, and traditions.

I aim to make every lesson dynamic and enjoyable. You’ll not only learn the language but also the context behind it, from everyday life and customs to cultural nuances that bring Russian to life. I believe this makes learning both memorable and motivating.

I speak English, French, and Ukrainian in addition to Russian, which means I can explain tricky concepts clearly and support complete beginners without confusion. Lessons are available both online and in person (London only), with flexible scheduling to fit around your commitments.
