I then tailor explanations to their learning style, using clear, step-by-step methods and real life examples where helpful. I encourage active participation, regularly check understanding, and use practice questions to reinforce learning. My aim is not just to help students get the right answer, but to ensure they understand the why behind it, so they can apply their knowledge independently.
