I am a Year 12 student at Westminster School, currently studying maths, further maths, physics and chemistry at A-Level. I achieved 9s in all three at GCSE, including 100% on Paper 1 in maths, and I've always had a genuine passion for the subjects I study. I love sharing my knowledge and helping others feel more confident in topics they might initially find confusing. Most of my tutoring experience has been informal — helping friends and my younger sister — but it's made me realise how much I enjoy teaching, especially when I see someone finally "get" a concept they’ve been struggling with. I focus on using diagrams, clear examples and step-by-step methods, and I always aim to explain things in a calm, logical and patient way. I know the content inside out and tailor my approach to students who are aiming for top grades and are curious to go beyond just memorising facts. I've scored 105/125 in the Senior Maths Challenge (qualifying for the BMO), won gold in the Intermediate Maths Challenge three years in a row, and will soon compete at the national STEM Space Design Competition finals at Imperial College after winning the London regionals. I'm also a member of my school’s engineering club, where I regularly work on problem-solving challenges and strengthen my communication skills.
