I work to ensure a strong understanding of topics backup up by challenging practice questions to identify areas to work on which are improved upon over time. I am able to adapt my methods and my approach based on the needs of my students to ensure that they benefit from my work as much as possible. Currently my method is to use screen share on my tablet to enable microsoft onenote to be used as a whiteboard when explaining concepts or reviewing examples and additional resources are created or procured on my own time when they can be beneficial
