That experience shapes the way I teach: with empathy, enthusiasm, and a focus on empowering students to feel capable and curious.

In our lessons, I take a collaborative and reflective approach, tailoring each session to your pace, learning style, and goals. We’ll break down complex Psychology topics into manageable parts, explore real-world examples, and use creative techniques like visual aids, discussion, and active recall to make the material meaningful, not just memorable.

I’m familiar with preparing students for exams by working through past papers and tailoring revision strategies to specific exam boards such as OCR, AQA, and Edexcel. This helps students build confidence in exam formats while deepening their understanding of key topics.

Learning is more than memorising facts. It’s about engaging with ideas so they feel relevant, interesting, and connected to the world around you. Whether we’re covering biopsychology, cognitive theories, or research methods, I’ll help you link new knowledge to what you already know. That connection makes learning exciting, even when it doesn’t always feel that way at first!

With my experience in Psychology, Mood Disorders and Psychotherapy, I create a supportive space where students feel comfortable asking questions, reflecting, and learning at their own pace. I’m also open to learning from you, your insights, feedback, future goals, and unique ways of understanding.
