As someone who has just completed her A levels last year, I understand the struggles many students encounter — which is why I am here to make your journey with A Level Maths more manageable and rewarding.
My lessons are structured to build both understanding and exam confidence. Each session begins with a quick recap of key ideas from previous topics, followed by clear explanations of new concepts. I break down complex theories into manageable steps, using examples and past paper questions to show how the maths works in practice.
Lessons are highly interactive — I encourage students to think aloud, explain their reasoning, and tackle problems independently with guidance. This helps develop the logical thinking and problem-solving skills essential for A Level success.
I place strong emphasis on exam technique: how to interpret questions, structure solutions, and avoid common mistakes. I also ensure my lessons are personalised to one’s level and needs; just let me know which topics need extra reinforcement and we can tackle that together.
Since practice is key to improvement, we will work through past papers step by step to identify and address weaker areas
My goal is to make each student confident in tackling any question — not just by memorising methods, but by truly understanding the maths behind them.
Ultimately, I want my students to enjoy learning maths — to see it as a subject that rewards curiosity, logic, and perseverance. My aim is not only to help you achieve your target grade but also to build long-term confidence in your mathematical thinking, so you can carry those skills forward beyond the exam hall.
