Anastasiia Volchenskova

I’m a friendly, patient, and adaptive tutor with a strong passion for helping students build confidence and improve their understanding in a supportive environment. I have experience working with younger students through helping my siblings with their learning, which has taught me how to explain topics clearly, stay patient, and adapt my teaching style to different learning needs and personalities. My teaching approach is calm, engaging, and easy to follow, as I believe students learn best when they feel comfortable asking questions and learning at their own pace.

In addition, I spent two years tutoring Maths to Year 11 students at Beaumont School as part of an after-school support programme. During this time, I helped students strengthen their understanding of key topics, prepare for exams, and improve their confidence in solving problems independently. This experience allowed me to develop strong communication skills and gain valuable experience working with students at different ability levels.

I know the work well and always aim to make lessons interesting, productive, and tailored to each student’s individual goals. I am also highly flexible with hours and scheduling, making it easier to support students around their school and personal commitments.
