Hi, I’m Annette.
I’m a mother of two and a transformational coach specialising in burnout prevention, confidence, and emotional regulation. For many years, I worked in senior leadership roles, juggling responsibility, deadlines, and high expectations. From the outside, I looked capable and in control — but inside I was often overwhelmed, stretched, and running on empty.
That experience is what led me to this work.
Today, I support people in slowing down, making sense of what’s really going on for them, and building calmer, more sustainable ways of coping with pressure. I’m particularly passionate about bringing this kind of support earlier into life — helping students develop confidence, focus, and emotional awareness before stress and self-doubt become ingrained patterns.
My sessions are one-to-one, online, and conversational. I create a calm, supportive space where students feel safe to talk openly, without judgement or pressure to “perform”. We start by understanding what’s currently feeling difficult, then gently focus on what would help most right now.
Together, we work on practical life skills such as managing stress and overwhelm, improving focus and motivation, navigating expectations, and building confidence and self-trust. I take a strengths-based approach and help students develop realistic strategies they can actually use in everyday school and life situations.
I don’t believe in quick fixes or pushing students to try harder. Instead, I help them build awareness, resilience, and habits that support both learning and wellbeing — not just for now, but for the long term.
